Ticketing Terms & Conditions
Hospitality Ticketing Policy
Port Adelaide Football Club (PAFC) has moved Hospitality ticketing to digital-only delivery for all Matches and Events at Adelaide Oval. Digital ticketing removes the risk of lost, duplicated or fraudulently copied tickets, speeds up entry at the gate, and lets PAFC communicate directly with guests ahead of each Match. Paper, Plastic and PDF tickets are being phased out and will not be accepted for entry once digital ticketing is fully implemented.
The following terms apply to all Hospitality Tickets issued by PAFC for Matches held at Adelaide Oval.
1. Digital Issuance
1.1 Hospitality Tickets will be issued to the Customer in digital format only, via the mobile PAFC official app.
1.2 Only digital Hospitality Tickets displayed and scanned from a mobile or electronic device will be accepted for entry into the Match.
1.3 Hospitality Tickets that are printed, screenshotted, or otherwise reproduced or replicated in physical or static image form will not be accepted for entry into the Match.
1.4 All guests receiving a digital hospitality ticket directly or via ticket transfer from the PAFC official app must create or hold a PAFC/Ticketmaster account at time of redemption to accept and use the tickets provided.
2. Unique Identifiers & Entry
2.1 Each valid Hospitality Ticket carries a unique identifier permitting one entry only. The Customer must ensure that each Guest attending the Hospitality Event or Venue holds their own unique Digital Hospitality Ticket.
2.2 No person will be admitted to the Hospitality Event or the Venue without a valid Hospitality Ticket. PAFC accepts no liability where a Guest is denied entry as a result of the Customer's or a Guest's failure to comply with these Terms.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 The Primary Customer is responsible for distributing Digital Hospitality Tickets to its Guests and for ensuring each Guest understands and complies with these Terms at all times.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for the acts and omissions of the Customer and its Guests while at the Venue.
4. Resale & Transfer
4.1 The Customer must not, and must ensure its Guests do not, advertise, auction, resell, use as a competition prize, exchange for value, assign, licence, bundle with other goods or services, or otherwise commercially deal with a Hospitality Ticket without the prior written consent of PAFC.
