How will I receive my Game Day tickets?
Ahead of every home game, Adelaide Oval will send you an email letting you know when your tickets are ready and how to retrieve them via the Corporate Portal.
How will I receive my car park tickets?
Prior to each home game, you will receive an email from Adelaide Oval confirming when you can access your car park tickets from the Adelaide Oval Corporate Portal.
How do I pre-order food and beverages for the game?
The week before each scheduled home game, you'll have access to a variety of food and beverage packages available for pre-order through the Adelaide Oval Corporate Portal.
If you have purchased an all-inclusive Open Air Box package, you will not need to place a catering order.
When do I need to order my food and beverages by?
Please note that all food and beverage packages need to be pre-ordered at least 72 hours before the scheduled game. Adelaide Oval will send you an email reminder ahead of time to prompt you.
We strongly recommend pre-ordering your catering to secure your first choices, as only limited options will be available to order on match day.
I've purchased an all-inclusive package, how do I submit dietary requirements?
You will receive email communication from the Port Adelaide Football Club the week of the game to submit dietary requirements that will then be shared with Adelaide Oval ahead of your game day experience.
Can I order a beverage package without any food?
In line with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations, a food package must be ordered alongside any beverage package — standalone beverage packages are not available.
How do I access the Corporate Portal?
For all game day ticketing, car parks and catering orders, you will need to visit the Adelaide Oval Corporate Portal.
All Seasonal PAFC Corporate Box and Enclosed Suite clients will receive email instructions at the beginning of the season to set up their Corporate Portal to be used each game day to place catering orders.
Are there age restrictions?
While there are no age restrictions in the Open Air Boxes or Enclosed Suites, children of all ages will need their own ticket to attend and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please also ensure the corporate facility's capacity is not exceeded.
Do I have access to my Open Air Box or Enclosed Suite for Gather Round, AFL Finals and AFLW games?
Your Open Air Box package covers access to the 11 PAFC AFL home games only, and does not extend to Gather Round, the AFL Finals Series, SANFL, or AFLW matches. If you'd like to hire your Open Air Box or Enclosed Suite for any other event or sporting fixture at Adelaide Oval, please get in touch with your PAFC account manager to discuss what options are available.
